About Us
Dog River Design has been around since 2001. In fact Dog River
Design started as a spin-off from
Dog River Business
Solutions, founded in 1991. The goal for DRBS was to help
consolidate many different concepts and vertical markets to help the
small business owner have a chance to make it. DRBS combined
marketing, business consulting, software and technology, and
telecommunication "know how" to help their clients succeed. In 2001 Dog
River Design, the web design and marketing arm of DRBS, moved to South
Carolina and quickly became a prominent player in the web design and
marketing industry. Over the past 6 years our business has nearly
doubled.
What We Offer:
What we offer, much like DRBS, is a complete package to our customers
that fits their needs AND their budgets. We quickly saw that web
site marketing and design was only a small piece of the puzzle. So
we began to add services that made the most sense to our customers.
Drawing on nearly 10 years of previous experiences helping small
business make the most of their resources. While web site design
and marketing remains the primary focus, we also offer desk top
publishing, graphic design, and print services. Through strategic
alliances, we provide cutting edge hardware and software (Dell servers,
Dell desktops, and Dell Latitude laptops, IBM / Lenovo products, ACER,
HP, Microsoft desktop and server products, etc.), accounting and tax
services and software, and a full complement of web services including
hosing, marketing, design, and development services.

I've been working as a computer consultant, networking consultant, and
web consultant for the last 11 years. I've worked sales, performed all
manner of installations & support, etc.
I have, configured, designed, and maintained ISP services using
Livingston equipment (PM3 for v.90 and isdn) and Windows NT 4.0 servers.
For our clients, mostly law firms, I have designed and maintained their
networks, and handled all manner of hardware and software issues. I'm
very proficient with IIS 4, MS FrontPage: including but not limited to
access database integration, Windows NT server & workstation, all forms
of office productivity software and contact management software, all
forms of Windows desktop software (3.1x, 9x, 2000, etc).
What I bring to the table is a significant level of expertise not only
in the "technical" aspects of computers, networks and the Internet, but
also my experience with one on one dealings with clients. One of my
primary functions is as a liaison between hardware/software vendors and
the client. In other words, I can talk tech when I need to, or English,
depending on the situation.
I love helping clients direct and utilize their resources in the most
efficient manner. Whether it is helping them to invest in technology to
advance their business or helping them to better use the internet. I
want them to see a Return On Investment. I enjoy web design and network
design (lan or wan) the most.
