I started working as a receptionist in January 1994. In February I
was promoted to secretary. I continued working as a secretary
until 1997 when I went to London on a 2 year working holiday visa.
During this time, I worked as a Secretary as well as Human Resource
Administrator for some prestigious UK companies including Ernst & Young.
In 1999 I returned to South Africa and worked as a Secretary/Web Page Designer for a small company in Johannesburg, South Africa.
I then moved to the United States and married Rick Eutsler. Rick taught me all I know about website design, marketing and all 'behind the scenes' of designing websites.
Along the way I trained a lot of people to use Microsoft software packages including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. I am proficient in the aforementioned Microsoft software packages. I have also learnt Microsoft FrontPage and am currently learning Microsoft Expression Web, Macromedia Flash & Swish.
Since I am a South African citizen, my 2nd language is Afrikaans which I can read, speak and write. This helps me to understand basic Dutch and German and has allowed me to do some translating.
My previous experience includes:
Personal Assistant: As a Secretary and Personal Assistant it was required that I have exceptional communication skills, language skills and typing skills. My last typing speed test, I typed 85wpm with 100% accuracy.
Software Support: I am passionate about computers and have always enjoyed assisting people with their computer problems. I have always found software support very rewarding. I have also trained many people over the years in Microsoft packages. I trained myself on the Microsoft packages and continue to do so.
Website Design: Since 2001 I have designed or aided in the design of a number of the websites hosted and designed by Dog River Design. Listed below are a few of the sites I have participated in designing...
Other Skills: I am always eager to learn new things and am a very dedicated, loyal, hard worker. I believe you only get out of a job what you put into it.
